On Total Consecration to Mary

Two Wyoming Catholic College students recently decided to pursue or renew “total consecration to Jesus through Mary” according to the method of St. Louis Marie de Montfort.  They mentioned their plan to some friends, and within a few days the group was 40 students.  A day or so later, it was 70 students.  Faculty members came on board.  The president of the College expressed interest.  Before long, families even outside of Wyoming Catholic College were joining the movement.  The morning of November 5th, a group of twenty or so gathered at the local public library in Lander, Wyoming for a kick-off event, and Dr. Jeremy Holmes was asked to give a talk introducing Marian devotion and the “total consecration” in particular.

Fr. Fryar on EWTN Live!

From Fr. Fryar:

During Holy Week, if you remember, I was invited to EWTN to be on Fr Mitch Pacwa's show. There was a scheduling conflict so they didn't show it then, it was recorded and will air while I'm on retreat.  It was supposed to be about FSSP of Los Angeles but Fr Pacwa asked me how do I want to start the show,  I suggested it start off with a bit about the Latin Mass.   Well that "bit" about the Latin Mass ended up being the whole hour! At the time I was still doing the Theology of the Mass series, so I guess I had plenty to talk about! You should really see it!
